Hey!

A New Chapter for Lincoln Road

We have some bittersweet news to share - Lincoln Road Roastery will be closing its space in Pikeville to focus on centralizing operations to our lounge location in Norton, Virginia. The Norton space allows us to expand our lounge experience as well as put the roastery and cold brew operations under one roof.

While we'll miss seeing all of our wonderful Pikeville friends in person, we're excited about adding more wholesale customers and introducing new and exciting products to the market. Online and wholesale orders won’t be skipping a beat during the move so you’ll always be able to enjoy our coffee at home or at a partnering local business. We want to thank our loyal customers for their support and understanding during this transition.

Continue following Lincoln Road Roastery Facebook and Instagram for updates on products and what’s going on behind the scenes at the roastery location.

We appreciate you Roadies :)

LINCOLN ROAD PACKAGING FACE LIFT!

If you followed us for some time, you know that we have used the stamp on all of our coffee bags with the origin and the roast. This has been a great option for us over the last few years but as the roastery has gotten a busier the stamp isn’t as efficient

WE’RE BACK PIKEVILLE!

STRAIGHT UP NITRO COLD BREW

WE’RE BACK PIKEVILLE!

Well Roadies, here we are. It’s been a couple years and several shifts since the start of the pandemic, but we’re happy to share that we’re expanding and opening up our new roastery location in Pikeville! We’re opening with a completely new concept that you may not be familiar with, especially if you were familiar with our previous Pikeville location, but stay with me…

If you’ve been a roadie for long, you’ll know that we’ve been making cold brew from day one. One of my visions for Lincoln Road, since the very beginning, has been to open up a cold brew taproom with unique crafted beverages that are brewed by us using high-quality ingredients. So that’s exactly what we’re doing! Our concept will have seven taps which will be filled with Nitro Coffee, Sparkling Tea and Kombucha. We will also have all of our coffee beans for sale, hand crafted beverages in our cooler and CBD products sourced locally. (It’s unique, so read the next sentence carefully). We will not have an espresso machine, so keep buying your espresso drinks from Faith Life Coffee Market in downtown Pikeville on Division Street.

LINCOLN ROAD ROASTERY // 389 HAMBLEY BLVD, PIKEVILLE, KY 41501

The vibe when you walk through the door is very simple but carefully crafted just for you. The bar that we built is the first thing you might notice, but the charm of the old building brought the space to life for us. We don’t have room to hangout because of some codes but have no fear, because we’re working on building out a pretty sick outdoor area that you’ll be able to enjoy during the warmer months. The outside is going to turn in to an AR Garden. What did he just say?? Yes, an Augmented Reality Garden, which is going to be an epic art experience. If you can’t tell, we are big fans of art and all things creative so we’re going to create a unique experience unlike any other for you to enjoy. The first phase of the AR Garden will be completed by Spring time!

All of us at Lincoln Road are extremely excited to get this space open and give Pikeville another unique experience to add to the economic growth that’s happening. We have some more exciting news to share later, but for now, come step through our door ( marked with our favorite hashtag ) at 389 Hambley Blvd in downtown Pikeville KY next to the old Coca Cola building.

Lincoln Road Launches Lunch!

Hey Roadies! Molly here.

Have you heard the news? We’re now offering lunch!!!

We wanted to kick off this year with something fresh (literally). We now offer a variety of lunch options to go with your afternoon caffeine boost at Lincoln Road Coffee Lounge in Norton Virginia! This has been a vision of ours since the beginning and we are so thrilled it’s finally coming to life.

Our new lunch menu features selections ranging from soups and salads to charcuterie boards that you can share with fellow roadies (or keep to yourself– we promise we won’t tell). Made to order with the freshest ingredients, we know there’s something here for everyone to love. Oh, and something else super rad? Our tomatoes come from AppHarvest– tomatoes grown right next door in Morehead, Kentucky.

AppHarvest is responsible for developing, and operating, some of the world’s largest indoor gardens featuring high-tech inventions to grow fresh produce without all the chemicals and pesticides that most mass producers use, all while delivering it to local shelves so we can have access to clean ingredients year-round. All of this is happening right here in Appalachia– cool right? So yeah, who wouldn’t want to support that mission!?

All of this to say, we are so excited to be able to deliver awesome and fresh options to you here at the Lounge. While you’re in, pair it with a signature latte or one of our craft beers we have on tap or in the fridge (keep an eye out for new stock every month).

Oh, and have you been in lately to check out what our new local vendors have to offer? Fresh, locally baked breads, handcrafted wooden cutting boards?? New Roadie merch, freshly roasted coffee beans??? Just another reason to stop in and have lunch and a drink with us, or take it go– we totally get it, you’re an on-the-go, eat it on the way in between red lights type of person (just kidding, please be careful haha).

Hope to see you in the lounge soon Roadies!

Kids Are Awesome

Kids are awesome. I don’t have any kids of my own ( well I have a dog ) but have a bunch of nieces and nephews. When I’m around them, seems like I forget about all the crazy things going on in the world right now. I dive in, something takes over me and I start acting like a kid myself. I use to joke with my nephew Carter that I was a kid his age trapped inside of an adult body ( he believed it when he was a big younger, but not now haha ).
